(1) The meeting of the Board shall be held on such date and time as may be fixed by the Chairman.
(2) The meeting as per sub-section (1) shall be held at least six times in a financial year and the period between two meetings shall not exceed two months.
(3) The board meeting will be presided over by the chairman of the board and in his absence by the vice chairman of the board.
(4) The board may invite the secretary of the ministry related to the project, any officer or expert of the government of Nepal to the meeting of the board.
(5) The chief minister of the respective province or the head of the local level may be invited to the discussion regarding the project on the agenda of the board meeting.
(6) The decision of the board will be recorded and certified by the member-secretary.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Board shall be as determined by the Board itself.
